The sharps are on a few teams. Most of them are the favorites The only “longshot” is Arkansas, otherwise they’re all 3 seeds and above. Remember, it’s not that they might necessarily think that they will win, but that they have value.
In terms of liabilities, I’d say the only four true liabilities are the five highest ones. I’d expect the borderline teams to end up being good results unless one of the longshots go on a run. Only the top seeds are listed, but, everyone else not listed is a good outcome.
